Fuss originated from Singapore in 2014, and was officially operational in HK since Sept 2016. In the last 2 months since we were operational, we have cleaned more than 250 residential homes. Our cleaners are freelancers who are screened high selectively through verification of identity, experience and background checks before being onboarded to our platform. Only legal HK PRs can be onboarded as a Fuss cleaner.

Our seamless booking process takes only 60 seconds, and we accept payment via Credit Card, so customers are able to save time and effort searching for a cleaner. Each booking captures the homeowners' cleaning preferences and proceeds to match a suitable cleaner within these requirements. Having received much favourable feedback from our homeowners, we are confident that our curated group of part-time cleaners will be able to perform their cleaning duties effectively and efficiently to deliver clean and beautiful homes for our customers

• Avoid scams by asking for more details from the advertiser if needed, then verifying them afterwards (using Google, etc)
• Transact face-to-face (cash on delivery) whenever possible to see the actual product before paying
• Never pay via Western Union, Moneygram or other anonymous (no recipient account) payment services
• Don't buy or sell outside of your country. Don't accept cashier cheques from outside your country
• Avoid doing financial transactions online (online banking, PayPal/credit card payments, etc) while using public computers or networks (internet shops, airport, etc)
