JOB DESCRIPTION

Dance Teacher - Full Time

Purpose:

To teach ballroom dancing based classes, created by Move For Life in various locations around Hong Kong, assist in organizing and running dance related events. Maintain a good relationship with students and clients as a representative of Move For Life Ltd.

Responsibilities:

As a representative of our company, the dance teacher should conduct classes in a fun but professional manner.
Assist students to learn, interact and develop social skills in a positive and relaxed environment.
Work internally with other staff members to organize events and classes with structure and ease.
Communicate with management and admin about clients needs and concerns to create programs tailored to each individual group effectively.
Manage music and other equipment needed for events and classes.
Maintain professional and fun company culture.
Always think a step further to ensure class and events run smoothly.

Requirements:

At least 4 years ballroom dance experience.
Experience in both latin and ballroom dancing.
Must have a big personality - vivacious and engaging.
Other dance experience can be considered.
Native English Speaker
Experience teaching various age groups.
Must be punctual.
Must be organized.
Great communication and telephone manners and interpersonal skills.
